Why this exists: Magento's built-in "Update attributes" mass action sets a field to a literal value you type in — it was designed for "make price equal to X across these products," not "adjust price by X% relative to whatever it already is." There's no percentage-delta option because the core action doesn't read the existing value at all before overwriting it. This module adds a distinct mass action that does read each selected product's current price first, computes the requested percentage or fixed delta per product, and only writes the result back when it's zero or positive — a would-be negative result is rejected for that single product instead of being clamped or silently corrupting the batch, and every other product in the selection still gets updated.
