This policy explains what TVT Commerce LLC ("TVT Commerce", "we", "us") collects on tvtcommerce.com and through the account portal for AI Copilot and AI Merchandiser for Magento 2, and how that information is used.
The short version: we sell a Magento extension. This site collects only what's needed to issue and support your license — account email, license/domain activation records, and anything you send us via the contact form or checkout. Once you install the extension, it runs on your Magento server and talks to your own AI provider account (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, DeepSeek, Kimi, Ollama, or a custom endpoint) using your API key — none of that traffic, and none of your store's data, ever passes through our servers.

We do not collect or have access to your Magento store's product, order, or customer data. AI Copilot and AI Merchandiser run entirely inside your own Magento installation.
2. How we use this information
- Issue, email, and let you manage your license key(s)
- Respond to support and sales questions submitted through the contact form
- Send transactional email: license keys, email verification, password resets, payment instructions, install add-on scheduling
- Detect and throttle abusive login attempts or spam form submissions
- Meet our own legal and accounting obligations (e.g. records of a sale)
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Cookies & sessions
We use two session cookies — one for customer accounts, one for admin/staff logins — to keep you signed in. Both are HttpOnly and marked Secure over HTTPS. We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic and usage patterns, which sets its own analytics cookies, and Tawk.to for live chat, which sets a cookie to keep track of your conversation. We don't use either for third-party advertising, retargeting, or ad personalization.
4. Third parties we rely on
- PayPal — processes payments at checkout. We receive confirmation of payment, never your card/bank details.
- Cloudflare — provides CDN and bot/DDoS protection in front of this site.
- Our email delivery provider — sends transactional email (license keys, verification links, contact-form replies) on our behalf.
- Google Analytics — aggregate, anonymized-where-possible traffic and usage analytics. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Tawk.to — powers the live chat widget. If you start a chat, your message and email (if provided) are shared with Tawk.to to deliver the conversation. See Tawk.to's Privacy Policy.
Each of these processes data only as needed to provide their service to us, under their own privacy policies.
5. Data retention
We keep account and license records for as long as your account or license is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for support, refund, and legal/accounting purposes. Contact form submissions are kept long enough to resolve your inquiry and for a limited period after for support history.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time by reaching out through the contact form. We'll respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity (e.g. confirm the email on file) before acting on the request.
7. Children's privacy
This site and our products are intended for business use and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
8. Changes to this policy
If we make a material change to this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
